This planner pouch is made specifically to fit and coordinate with the Brilliant Life Planner by Beth Anne Schwamberger. It can hold your pens, pencils, and planner supplies and even keep your planner closed if necessary.

The fabric is a gold faux leather fused to rayon, so it is very flexible and soft on the inside. The low-profile design keeps it from being bulky when holding supplies. If you're looking for a firm and thick interfaced planner pouch, it may not suit you. But if you want something slim and streamlined without the bulk, this is your solution.

PROCESSING TIMES & SHIPPING DATES

Some of the items in the shop are either finished or just a step or two away from being ready to ship; others are made to order. Processing time is noted in the listing's Shipping tab

The scheduled shipping date is calculated based on the item in your order with the longest turnaround time, does not include weekends, and is found on your invoice.

All items I make weigh under 13 oz. and are sent via First Class Mail unless Priority Mail is chosen at checkout.

MAILING ADDRESS

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address provided to me is up to date. Each order is shipped to the address shown on the invoice, so please carefully review your address when given the opportunity during checkout.

IF AN ADDRESS IS WRONG AND THE ORDER HASN'T SHIPPED:
If an incorrect address shows on your invoice and you realize it before your order is shipped, contact me ASAP so that I can fix it when printing the label.

IF AN ADDRESS IS WRONG AND THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED:
Packages returned to me as undeliverable due to an incorrect address on the invoice will be shipped a second time at the buyer's expense. I am not liable for packages that never make their way back to me when the address provided on the invoice is wrong.

Please use your home address or PO box for the address. There can be too many variables (large building, missing suite number, the business not being open, etc.) when a package is addressed to someone at their place of employment. I am not able to replace an order that is scanned as delivered by the USPS but gets misplaced or misdirected within the business and doesn't make it to the intended recipient.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

It has become reasonable to expect First Class International packages to take as long as six weeks (and sometimes longer in certain countries) to be delivered, with no way of tracking those packages to many countries. Please be aware of this fact before ordering. If you do place an order, then I humbly ask that you remain patient and not panic regarding non-receipt unless 8 weeks have passed since the date it was mailed. Thank you for understanding that I have no control over any country's customs process or speed at which it delivers packages to their destination.

The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and/or duties that may be assessed by her country of residence, so please become familiar with those before purchasing. Under no circumstances will I mark "gift" on a customs form, since what I am mailing is merchandise. Even if you are giving it as a gift to someone else, it is not a gift from me, so it does not qualify.

*Unfortunately, due to prior issues I am no longer able to ship packages to India or Brazil, and I also cannot fulfill orders to Italy since sewn articles of any kind are prohibited. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase from my shop!

If it is necessary to send back an item due to a mistake on my part, I will pay the return First Class postage and replace it at my expense. I will inevitably make a mistake from time to time, but I will make it right, so please contact me first rather than going straight to leaving feedback.

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, I will refund the original payment--minus the shipping portion--once I receive the item(s) back in new & unused condition with no stains, flaws, or odors, However, return postage will not be reimbursed.

There are no returns or exchanges of personalized items such as labels or customized items that vary from my typical product offerings unless I have made a mistake in completing the request(s). Sales of digital items are final.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of USPS-confirmed delivery of your package, and the item must be placed in the mail within 7 days of receiving my response. Since this time frame adequately allows for when "life happens" there can be no exceptions.

Please do not return an item without first having a conversation with me expressing your reason for initiating the return and receiving instructions regarding my return procedures. Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded or replaced.

How long will it take you to make my order?

Processing time depends on what you have purchased and does not include time in transit. It is the time from when the order is placed to when it is shipped.
